How to Play

1

Understand the Tiles

Each of the 24 tiles is a square divided into 4 triangles (top, right, bottom, left) by its diagonals. Each triangle is coloured with one of 3 colours. Every tile has a unique colour combination.

2

Place Tiles on the Grid

Place tiles one by one onto the 6×4 grid (6 rows, 4 columns). Each tile must be placed in an empty cell. Every tile is used exactly once.

3

Rotate to Fit

Each tile can be rotated in 4 orientations: 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. Tiles cannot be flipped. Rotation is key to finding the right match — just like twisting a Rubik's Cube face.

4

Match Adjacent Edges

The goal is simple: every pair of adjacent tiles must have matching colours on their shared edge. If the right side of one tile is red, the left side of the tile next to it must also be red.

5

Complete the Grid

Fill all 24 positions on the grid with no edge mismatches to solve the puzzle. Bonus challenge: try to make all the border edges the same single colour!

💡 Tips

  • Start from a corner — fewer constraints make it easier to begin.
  • Work along one edge first before filling the interior.
  • If you get stuck, try rotating a tile rather than replacing it.
  • Think ahead — like Sudoku, each placement constrains future options.
